From the get-go: I’ve rented with them four times now, and every single time the team has been friendly, helpful and super-accommodating. • I hired a 4×4 for a weekend — nearly-new car, effortless to drive, great value. • I hired a campervan fully-equipped (sink & water, fridge, navigation, rear camera), plus they supplied chairs, table, all the bed items, even cooking stove/pans/pots. • On one trip I was away for 2 weeks and they didn’t have the exact campervan available, but they gave me a 8-seat van instead and offered to swap when the campervan became available. • The team: Lilian always ensures payments and the bond refund go smoothly and fast; Vivian expertly handles contracts and ensures fair pricing; Laura is super friendly and ensures the vans are available when I need them; Daniel the mechanic checks EVERYTHING — from full water tank, functioning gadgets, phone-connectivity for the nav system; Roberto the owner gives top customer service, full of jokes, welcoming, treats you like family. I found QuickVan after comparing many companies in the market, and their pricing was the cheapest by far, bond is very affordable, and the rental process is very smooth. I can’t be more in disagreement with all of the negative reviews online!! please go check them yourself because my experience has been consistently excellent and I can guarantee yours will be the same!
