Understanding the insurance coverage, including liability and comprehensive options, is essential for peace of mind.

QuickVan always recommends Premium Coverage for peace of mind.
Nevertheless, this are the available options:

  • Basic coverage: This is the insurance that all our vehicles have, and you don’t have to pay any additional fee on your reservation. However, you must leave a security deposit of $3,000.00 when the vehicle is delivered to you. In addition, in the case of special incidents, the liability amounts are higher. Nevertheless, you can choose to pay for full coverage and/or reduce the amount of the bond.
  • Midway Coverage: We understand that you may not always be willing to leave a $3,000.00 deposit. You can reduce it to $1,500.00 by paying a daily fee of $20.00, with which the liability amount is also reduced in special incidents.
  • Premium Coverage:  This is the “worry-free” insurance with a fee of $30.00 per day. You don’t have to worry about anything else, as it covers special incidents like rollovers, windscreen, or tires.

Child seats are compatible with most of our caravan / campervan vehicle models. We offer front-facing child seats that adhere to local regulations.

We’re big animal lovers and are in the process of introducing camper options that are dog-friendly. This means that both service animals like guide dogs and pet dogs are welcome in all our campers. When you’re making your booking, please inform us if you plan to bring along your four-legged friend. There’s a fee to include your dog in the camper.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • If your dog causes any damage to the camper due to negligence, you’ll be responsible for the repair costs, and it won’t be covered under any liability reduction option.
  • We kindly request that all your furry companions are treated for fleas before joining you on your journey.
  • While you’re scouting for campsites during your trip, be sure to select pet-friendly campgrounds.
  • Throughout your road trip, it’s crucial to properly secure your dog while you’re driving. Dogs are not allowed to move around inside the driver’s cabin or inside the vehicle while it’s in motion, as they can be distracting.

Renters often ask about their responsibilities for maintaining and cleaning the caravan during the hire period.
